The Health Emergency Operations Center of the Ministry of Public Health issued a statement announcing that “a force from the Israeli occupation army entered at dawn today into the town of Halta in the Hasbaya District and kidnapped one of the town’s young men under heavy fire cover, which led to the death of a 15-year-old boy and the wounding of another citizen.”
